1)Don't let the statement control you. Think of it as a negative possibility. You can either do nothing and the possibility will come true or you can take action and make sure the possibility doesn't come true.
2)Immediately tell your parents about your problem. Even if they are only there as someone to talk to, it is good to let your emotions out.
3)Inform your school about what is happening so they can ensure it doesn't continue at school as well
4)Don't retaliate and call them names back as that puts you in the wrong also
5)Immediately block and report anyone who is bothering you in any way. If they can't reach you they can't bully you
6)Think positive thoughts. Ignore what anyone else thinks about you. It's how you feel about yourself that really matters
